AT&t frustrating review


Because of the outrageous increase in my TWC bill b/c my "contact" had run out, I decided to go with ATT Phone/DSL . What a mistake. Phone was supposed to be turned on 6/13, here it is 6/20 and is yet to be turned on. You can't start the DSL without the phone line. Trying to work this out you have to go through countless "robot algorithms" that take you round and round to the same place. I spoke with 5 people this AM and over 3-4 days have lost about 5 hours of my life plus become incredibly frustrated and disillusioned with ATT. After speaking with 5 different people and the algorithms that go along with them, I finally got so frustrated that I D/C services. Don't go there.
